May FNC - This month's Friday Night Connect has been cancelled. If you are interested in hosting or helping host one over the summer, please see Megan.

Town of Lincoln Road Resurfacing and Rehabilitation Program - If you are coming to Tintern from Smithville, Grimsby or Beamsville, please note the following: The following roads will be receiving resurfacing - Spring Creek Road (from Mountain Road to Spiece Road), Yonge Street (from Tintern Road to Cherry Avenue), Cherry Avenue (from Yonge Street to Fly Road) and Seventeenth Street (from Eighth Avenue to the Top of the Escarpment). The tentative start and end dates are May 5 to September 30 (weather permitting). Roads will be reduced to one lane of traffic so drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes. 2025 Japan Spring Fundraiser - Join us for a fundraising dinner with Joel and Kristen Osborne on Tues May 13th at 5:30pm at the Tintern Church of Christ. Dinner tickets are $30 pp. Buy tickets here. The last day to purchase tickets online will be on Sunday May 11. You can also purchase tickets on Sunday through Margaret (cash only please). There will also be an opportunity to contribute toward the Japan Mission Trip which will visit Mito in October 2025. Ladies' Days -

Rexdale Church of Christ is hosting a ladies day on May 17, 2025. The theme will be: A Call to Holiness, 1 Peter 1:16-17. Speaker: Sis. Laura Service. They will host this event at the Bramalea church building. Please R.S.V.P. to service.laura@gmail.com by May 9th.
Fenwick Ladies Day - Saturday May 31, 2025. All the details are in the flyer attached and a copy is posted on the bulletin board between the washrooms. Registration is required by May 23 to dandelionacres@gmail.com or cofcfenwick@gmail.com or call 905-386-6916.

WAVES AGM - All ladies are invited to attend in person or via Zoom. Please RSVP to Dianne Gardner by May 16 and let her know you will be attending. This will help them know how much food to have prepared.

Niagara Regional Police Services (NRPS) - Launches its 5th Annual Spring Forward Food Drive - As part of Police Week 2025 – "Protecting Ontario". The NRPS encourages everyone in Niagara to participate and, if able, consider making a donation to support this important initiative.

Village of Hope Niagara -

Lincoln Porch Pick Up - Fill a bag and leave it on your front porch for collection on Saturday May 24 10AM-12PM. Your support makes possible the distribution of more than 9000kg /20000 lbs of food monthly.
May is Food For All month at Village of Hope Niagara - We’ve set a goal of $50,000 dollars raised to help our neighbours in need. All funds raised are directed to sustain our programs for our neighbours in need, while they endure uncertain times, and an increasing inability to provide stability for themselves due to unemployment, or underemployment. Bible Day Camp - This year Bible Day Camp will be June 30 to July 4th.

Sydney's Bridal Shower - The women are invited to a bridal shower for Sydney C on Saturday June 7th at 10 am at the Tintern building. We are excited for Sydney and Aidan as they start a new journey together. Area-Wide Song Services - The Ontario Street Church of Christ (439 Ontario St.) invites you to join them for a song service on June 8 at 6:00pm. Refreshments will be available after the singing. All are welcome.
