Tintern in Person and Online - Join us this Sunday for in-person service at 9:45 am (note we are back to our regular start time). If you are feeling unwell, please remain at home. Masks are optional, however Niagara Region Public Health recommends residents wear a mask in indoor spaces.

To watch live on our website click here https://www.tinternchurchofchrist.ca/watch. It will go live about 9:45 Sunday morning. You can always find us on Tintern's YouTube channel as well (https://www.youtube.com/user/tinterncofc).

Communion - Please note that the communion cups have been moved into the auditorium. You will find them in baskets on tables. One table will be near the door to the kitchen at the back wall and one will be on the right side of the door as you enter the auditorium. The basket for donations will still be in the foyer.

Finance Committee - Any remaining receipts for 2022 need to be turned in by Sunday January 15, 2023.

Housing Need - A family in need that is a part of the GL community is in a situation whereby they are forced to move and cannot locate a new place to live that is relatively local.  Does anyone have or know of either a two bedroom unit/house for rent and immediate availability or a place with hook-ups to drop a trailer.  Ample parking that is close is also needed (livelihood requires it).  Although a permanent solution would be great, a place that could be occupied for a few months would be welcome as they continue their search.  Please contact Don Rose (Don.Rose@glchs.ca) if you can offer a rental or direct us to an opportunity that might help this family.  Thanks!

Great Lakes Christian High School - We are richly blessed and need to open our secondary girls’ dormitory for second semester (end of January to mid-June). As such, we have openings for weekday and weekend female dorm parents. Please see the attached ad. We appreciate it if you could share this information with your congregation. Let me know if you would like more details or prefer an alternative format. Please note that the weekend position can be full or part-time, depending on availability of candidates. This posting can also be found on our website at https://glchs.on.ca/about/job-opportunities/.

Great Lakes Bible College - A warm welcome to 2023! We're eager to start a new year and dig into a new season of learning—we hope that you will join us for some of the course opportunities we have this term.

A number of our winter term courses begin this week and are still open for registration. We encourage you visit our website for a comprehensive list of classes being offered. Registration is also open for our Short Courses starting in March. Our Short Courses are a flexible way to begin or continue studies with GLBC. Many of the live classes run in the evenings and course content is presented in a condensed 8-week format. We will also be hosting an additional in-person weekend event in April as part of our Apologetics for Everybody course with Chad Ramsey from Tupelo, MS. Stay in touch for more detailed information about this event—we look forward to gathering together again face-to-face.
